Every bike stores brand, model, year, type, color, wheel size, drivetrain, frame serial number, shop barcode, and for e-bikes the motor system and motor serial. Hire-fleet bikes carry inspection intervals with due dates. Full service history per rider and per bike.

🔋 E-BIKE BATTERY REGISTER
Record brand, model, serial, capacity, voltage, chemistry, reported cycles, and warranty dates for every battery. Track the qualified assessment status, who assessed it, and when. The register documents identifiers and outcomes only. Battery condition and electrical safety require qualified assessment, and the software never gives modification instructions.

🔩 COMPONENTS, STOCK, AND COMPATIBILITY
SKU, barcode, bin location, supplier, cost, and retail price for every part. Stock is reserved per order so two jobs never fight over the same cassette, and it is deducted automatically when the work is done. Reorder alerts appear on the dashboard.
