🏡 Give every property, fireplace, and service visit a clear history

Bring your daily service work together with Chimney and Fireplace Service Manager, available from ELDON-Digital.

Designed for chimney sweeps, fireplace service businesses, inspection teams, and maintenance professionals, this colorful application helps you organize customer properties, track appliances, document inspections, prepare repair quotes, manage appointments, and keep invoices and payments connected.

Its bold typography, colorful navigation, dimensional charts, and adjustable text size make your service records easier to read and navigate.

✨ Follow the complete service workflow

Register a property and its systems, select an appropriate inspection template, record observations and photographs, document qualified review, record customer authorization, complete the work, and arrange the next service.

Keep the information your team needs connected throughout the process.

🔥 Properties, chimneys, and appliances

Build an organized register of the properties and systems you service.

• Store customer names, service addresses, phone numbers, and email addresses.
• Add access instructions and preparation notes.
• Register multiple chimneys or appliances at one property.
• Record system type, fuel classification, manufacturer, model, and serial number.
• Identify the appliance’s location and installation year where known.
• Track inspection due dates and system notes.
• Open linked inspection, cleaning, repair, and appointment history.

🔎 Inspection narratives and professional review

Create detailed inspection records using templates appropriate to your work and locality.

• Maintain template names, version labels, jurisdictions, and narrative prompts.
• Record local professional validation references.
• Select the inspection level and identify the inspector.
• Document observations, access limitations, exclusions, and recommended next steps.
• Record qualified review with the reviewer’s decision, notes, and date.
• Require another review when changes affect an approved inspection or its evidence.

📷 Findings and photo evidence

Keep observations and supporting images connected to the inspection.

• Record finding titles, locations, observed conditions, and recommendations.
• Assign priorities such as Information, Routine, Attention required, or Urgent.
• Track findings as Open, Repair proposed, Resolved, or Monitor.
• Attach PNG, JPEG, or WebP photographs up to 5 MB each.
• Add photo titles, capture dates, and location descriptions.

🧹 Cleaning visits and completion records

Document what was authorized and what was actually completed.

• Create cleaning visits linked to the property and system.
• Describe the cleaning tasks and assigned technician.
• Record customer approval and an authorization reference.
• Track planned and actual labor hours.
• Add completion notes and callback indicators.
• Record the next service due date.

🛠️ Repair quotes and job costs

Prepare repair proposals with a clear scope and price.

• Describe the proposed work and link the relevant inspection.
• Add line items with descriptions, quantities, and unit prices.
• Record tax rates, currency, and quote validity dates.
• Track customer approval separately from work progress.
• Record labor hours, labor cost rates, and material costs.
• Document completion and review repair margins.

📅 Service scheduling and annual rebooking

Keep upcoming work visible in one place.

• Schedule inspections, annual inspections, cleaning, repairs, and follow-up visits.
• Record arrival times, planned duration, and technician assignments.
• Add visit instructions and appointment status.
• Mark annual rebookings and track future service commitments.
• Review appointment lists and six-month workload charts.

Appointments are entered deliberately. Setting a system’s due date does not automatically create a booking.

🧾 Invoices and payment records

Create professional billing records and monitor outstanding balances.

• Prepare invoices with work descriptions, line items, tax, and payment instructions.
• Link an invoice to a repair record where applicable.
• Record due dates and invoice status.
• Enter full or partial payments against the correct invoice.
• Track payment methods and transaction references.
• Review paid amounts and remaining balances.

Payment records document money you have received. The app does not process card payments or transfer funds.

✉️ Customer communication tools

Prepare messages for the key moments in your service workflow:

• Preparation instructions
• Annual service reminders
• Inspection reports
• Repair approval requests
• Invoice follow-ups

Review and send messages through your own compatible SMTP email provider. Eligible inspection reports can be attached as PDFs. You can also export an EML draft for a compatible email application.

Sending requires an explicit action. Follow-up dates do not trigger automatic delivery.

📊 Colorful dashboards and business insights

Review your service activity through bold KPI cards and dimensional charts.

Track:

• Annual rebooking
• Inspection-to-repair conversion
• Planned versus actual labor productivity
• Callback rate
• Completed repair job margin
• Overdue system inspections

Figures reflect the records your account can access. Sample figures illustrate the features and are not promised business results.

🖨️ Professional PDF, Excel, and CSV exports

Create customer documents and useful business records directly from the app.

Available outputs include:

• Inspection reports
• Cleaning records
• Defect notices
• Repair estimates
• Maintenance cards
• Customer invoices
• Payment registers
• System inventory
• Findings analysis
• Annual workload
• Repair margins
• Repeat-client performance

Export a single record or the current filtered list. Individual PDF records use portrait layouts, while lists use landscape layouts. Longer information can continue across additional pages or labeled sections.

PDF and Excel documents use colorful formatting and your saved business identity. CSV provides plain structured data for use in other tools.

On the host computer through localhost, exports can open in the associated default viewer. Other devices receive browser downloads.

🎨 Make the workspace your own

Personalize the app with:

• Your business name and contact information
• Your business logo
• Four coordinated multicolor themes
• Bold text sizing from 90% to 140%
• Nineteen currency choices

Supported currencies include USD, EUR, GBP, CAD, AUD, NZD, CHF, JPY, CNY, INR, AED, SAR, ZAR, SEK, NOK, DKK, SGD, MXN, and BRL.

Your business identity appears on customer documents. The software vendor’s name does not appear on those exports.

👥 Administrator-controlled team access

Create individual accounts and choose what each operator can do.

Administrators control permission squares for:

View • Edit • Delete • Export • Approve

Only administrators can access the team account directory and manage other users. Operators can access their own profiles and change their passwords.

Permissions apply by module and action. Professional qualification is recorded separately from account role.

💻 One host, multiple devices

Run the portable application on a host computer and access it through a browser.

Team members on the same trusted Wi-Fi or local network can connect using the address shown in Settings. The responsive interface adapts to computers, tablets, and phones.

The host must remain running and awake. Mobile devices connect to the host rather than installing a separate native mobile app.

📦 Digital package contents

• Portable application package with Windows and Mac builds
• Start, Setup, and Stop launch files
• Setup tools for a fireplace-image desktop shortcut
• Optional fictional sample records for exploring the workflow
• A comprehensive 40-page illustrated PDF guide with a full-color cover, actual app screenshots, numbered instructions, clickable contents, and PDF bookmarks

The Mac package includes Intel and Apple silicon builds. Native macOS testing has not been completed on the Windows build host.

🚀 Getting started

  1. Extract the complete application ZIP into a writable local folder.
  2. Run the Start file for your operating system.
  3. Create your administrator account.
  4. Add your business details, logo, and preferred currency.
  5. Explore the sample records or begin entering your own properties and systems.

No programming-language runtime or dependency installation is required. An installed browser and compatible applications for viewing exported files are needed. Your operating system may require approval to open the unsigned package.

💾 Local records and persistent sample controls

Your records are stored in the application’s local data folder.

Cleared sample records stay cleared after closing and reopening. Examples return only when an administrator chooses Reload sample data. Clearing samples also removes dependent work linked to those examples, so create real work against your own property and system records.

Back up the complete data folder regularly after stopping the application.

📌 Important product information

This is a digital software product. No physical item will be shipped.

Inspection terminology, templates, and requirements need local professional validation. The application does not automatically certify an appliance as safe to use. A qualified, authorized reviewer must record any professional determination.

Email delivery requires your own compatible provider and connectivity. Currency conversion, automatic recurring bookings, unattended email sending, video attachments, and payment processing are not included.

🔥 Keep the history clear. Document the work. Prepare for the next visit.
