Is there a monthly fee? No. You buy it once and it is yours. There is no subscription, no seat count, no account, and no expiration date.

Does it need the internet? Only during the one time setup, which takes a few minutes to fetch the components it depends on. After that it never touches the internet again.

Where is my data stored? In a single folder on your own computer that you can copy, back up, or move to another machine. You can also make it portable so the whole thing runs from a USB drive.

Can I install it on more than one computer? Yes, on the computers your business uses. Please do not resell or redistribute it.

Can I try it before committing my real records? Yes. On first run you choose between starting empty or loading a full demonstration business. Every screen is populated so you can explore safely, and clearing that sample data later leaves your own records, settings, and branding untouched.

What if I already have customers in a spreadsheet? You can enter them directly, and the program exports everything to CSV whenever you want. Message me about your specific file and I will tell you honestly whether it will be quick or tedious.

Does it do route optimization with turn by turn directions? It orders your stops sensibly by travel distance and prints a clean driver sheet. It does not provide turn by turn navigation, and I would rather say so plainly than let you find out after buying.

Can I customize it? Yes. Full source code is included, and the dropdown lists, numbering, rates, themes, and document branding are all configurable without touching any code.
