👥 A Multi-User App for Your Farm Team

Give each team member an individual account and choose which functions they can access.

Administrators can:

✅ Create user accounts and assign temporary passwords.
✅ Edit, disable, and delete existing accounts.
✅ Check or uncheck permissions for individual users.
✅ Assign viewing, editing, and exporting access where supported.
✅ Control access to financial information and audit records.

Only administrators can create and manage accounts. Standard users can change their own passwords and use the functions their administrator permits.

New users must change their temporary password before accessing farm records. Both desktop and mobile sign-in screens use Username and Password.

An administrator can manage records from the host computer while another team member accesses permitted functions from a tablet, phone, or another computer on the same private network.

The Windows host must remain powered on, awake, and running the application. Network and Windows firewall configuration may be required.

Shared access uses unencrypted HTTP and is intended for a trusted private network. Cloud hosting and remote internet access are not included. Mobile access works through a browser.
