The Florist Arrangement and Order Costing Manager is a complete, colorful, multi-user program built for everyday flower shops, floral studios, wedding florists and floral training providers. 💐 STEM RECIPES WITH REAL COSTING
Build every design from your own stems and goods: roses, garden roses, peonies, ranunculus, eucalyptus, containers, ribbon, wrap and supplies. Each stem carries its bunch size, cost per bunch, supplier, color, season and vase life, and the program works out the cost per stem for you. A recipe lists the stems per piece, design labor minutes, a wastage percent and a target margin. The live cost panel shows stems, hard goods, wastage, labor, total cost, a suggested retail price at your target margin and the margin you actually earn at your retail price. Green when you hit the target, red when you fall short.

🔁 SUBSTITUTION OPTIONS THAT KEEP SALES MOVING
Set the stems you are happy to swap when a flower is unavailable, for example peonies to garden roses. Substitutes appear as a dropdown on every order line, and the cost, margin and buying plan all follow the substitute automatically.

🧾 DATED ORDERS FROM QUOTE TO PICKED UP
Orders belong to a customer and a buying reason (birthday, anniversary, wedding, sympathy, corporate, event, holiday, get well, new baby, thank you and your own). Each line is a recipe times a quantity at a unit price, with substitutions and notes. Deposits, discounts, sales tax, delivery fees, order total, balance due, cost and gross margin are calculated live. Move each order through Quote, Confirmed, In Design, Ready and Delivered or Picked Up, track payment status and assign a designer.

🛒 BUYING PLANNER WITH BUNCH ROUNDING
Pick a date range and the planner consolidates every stem needed for the confirmed orders, adds the wastage allowance, subtracts stock on hand and stems already on open purchase orders, rounds up to whole bunches per supplier and shows the rounding waste and cost. Supplier groups show lead days, order days and minimum order warnings. One click creates a purchase order for each supplier.

📦 PURCHASE ORDERS AND RECEIVING
Purchase orders hold lines in bunches at a cost per bunch with order date, needed-by date and status. Receive in full or in part, and the stems are added to on-hand stock automatically. Low stock shows on the dashboard.

🪪 WORK CARDS FOR THE BENCH
A design card for every order: who, when, pickup or delivery, the designer, each recipe with every stem to pull (per design and in total), substitutions marked, line notes, design notes and the card message. Print one card or every card for the day, one per page, with a check box per stem.

🗑️ WASTE LOG AND STEM WASTE KPI
Log wilted, broken, overbought, trimmed, unsold or damaged stems. Logged waste joins the bunch-rounding waste from purchase orders in the stem waste KPI, so you can see whether waste comes from buying too much, buying big bunches or handling.

📊 DASHBOARD AND REPORTS WITH 3D CHARTS
The dashboard shows revenue, gross margin, stem waste, orders due in the next seven days, buying needed, balances outstanding, upcoming orders and low stock, with 3D charts of revenue by buying reason, orders in the next eight weeks, revenue and cost by design style, the order pipeline, supplier spend and waste by category. Reports cover gross margin by order, recipe performance, sales by buying reason, stem waste, supplier spend, top customers and the order pipeline, each with quick date ranges.

🖨️ PRINT ANYTHING AS PDF, EXCEL OR CSV
Every list, record, report and card has a Print / Export dropdown with PDF, Excel and CSV buttons. Print all records, the current page, filtered records or selected records as a landscape list, or one record per page in portrait. Order costing sheets, customer invoices, recipe sheets, recipe books, purchase orders, buying lists, work cards, reports and the user permission matrix all carry your logo, your business details and your chosen banner color. Fields stay on one line, nothing overlaps, and files open straight in your default viewer.

👥 MULTI-USER OVER YOUR WI-FI
The program runs on one Windows or Mac computer and shares with every phone, tablet and computer on the same Wi-Fi. Computers get the full layout, tablets get an icon rail with cards, and phones get a slide-in menu with a bottom navigation bar, chosen automatically. A connection test page, a built-in connection check and a Fix Network Connection tool make setup painless.

🔐 ADMIN-CONTROLLED PERMISSIONS
Only the admin sees user accounts. Create each account with a temporary password that the user must change at first sign-in, then tick View and Edit check boxes for every area of the program. Users can change only their own password. The side menu shows each person only what they may use, and the same rules are enforced by the program itself.

Seven colorful themes including two dark ones (Garden Bloom, Midnight Peony, Navy and Gold, Coral Sunset, Lavender Fields, Forest Fern and Blush Rose), each with its own multi-color palette for the menu, buttons, tiles and charts.
