Build recipes using compatible measurement units without repeatedly calculating conversions yourself. Supported measurement groups include weight, volume, length, and item counts.

Conversions stay within compatible groups. The app does not guess a material’s density when converting between weight and volume.

Create reusable product recipes with ingredient quantities, expected yield, production time, labor rate, overhead, waste allowance, and pricing margins.

Start with ready-made candle, soap, and craft templates, then adjust them to match your own materials and production process.

Account for production labor alongside materials and packaging. Set a default labor rate, enter the time required for a recipe or batch, and see how labor contributes to the finished unit cost.

Record production batches with planned yield, actual finished quantity, actual material cost, and labor minutes.

Review material variance to understand how actual material spending compares with the plan. Saved batch costs remain historical when material prices change. Editing only a batch’s name, date, or notes preserves its saved cost snapshot.

Build prices around your production costs and chosen gross margins. Compare unit cost, suggested selling prices, and profit before selling fees and taxes.

The app uses a gross-margin calculation:

Selling price = unit cost ÷ (1 − target margin)

Exports requested on the host computer open through its registered default application. Connected devices receive download links. An Excel-compatible application is needed to open XLSX files.

Administrators can create accounts and use permission checkboxes to control access to app sections and supported viewing, editing, and exporting functions.

Account management is restricted to administrators. Members can access their own profiles and change their own passwords.

📶 Share one workspace over your local Wi-Fi

Run the app on a host computer and connect other devices through its local network address. Team members can use a browser on a phone, tablet, or another computer connected to the same trusted network.

The host computer must remain running. Built-in network diagnostics help identify the correct address, and Windows includes an administrator-approved private-network firewall repair option.

🌎 Choose your business currency

Select from multiple supported currencies for your workspace and reports. Currency selection changes the displayed denomination; it does not perform exchange-rate conversions or convert existing amounts.

💾 Keep control of your saved workspace

Your records are stored locally in the app’s data folder. Download backups, manage sample data, and reopen your saved workspace when you return.

Cleared craft data stays cleared after restarting. Sample records return only when an administrator chooses Reload sample data.

💻 Compatibility and setup details

The intended platforms are Windows 10 or newer and macOS 13 or newer. Extract the complete package into a writable folder, launch the app, and use it through your browser. No separate programming runtime or database installation is required.

The Windows release has been tested. Mac builds are included but have not yet been tested on physical Mac hardware. The application is not commercially code-signed or Apple-notarized, so first-launch approval may be required.

This is a digital software download. No physical product is shipped.
