Get a clearer view of planned care with flexible calendar layouts, including Day, Week, Month, Resource, Caregiver, Client, Location, and Agenda views.

Create visits with linked clients, services, care plans, and scheduled times. Scheduling checks help identify potential conflicts involving overlapping assignments, availability, caregiver skills, credentials, travel buffers, and authorization balances.

Recurring scheduling tools let you preview and generate visits using selected weekdays, date ranges, intervals, and exclusions. Individual scheduled visits can be edited as plans change.

Create assessments and care plans, enter required tasks, and move plans through an approval workflow.

Visit records support a structured progression from confirmation and start through task completion, submission, and supervisor approval. Record actual visit times and document exceptions when needed.

Supported signature workflows retain details such as the signer, role, consent, timestamp, and record version. Approved care-plan and incident amendments preserve earlier versions for reference.

📂 Upload actual documents to their records

Keep supporting files connected to the records they belong with.

Add a file when creating a document record or select a replacement while editing. Supported formats include:

PDF, DOCX, XLSX, PNG, JPEG, TXT, and CSV, up to 5 MiB per file.

Document files and revisions are encrypted in local storage. Authorized users can download the files when needed.

🧾 Manage billing records and payment activity

Create draft invoices from approved visits, review the details, and post the invoice when ready.

Billing workflows support partial payments, credits, refunds, and authorized reversals. Posted invoices are locked, helping preserve the record after posting.

Move time and mileage entries through submission and approval workflows. Mileage records preserve distance, units, rates, and calculated reimbursement.

Prepare payroll export batches from approved entries and export data in CSV or Excel format for further processing. Payroll exports do not issue payments or file taxes.

Turn app records into organized documents for review.

• Generate PDFs with grouped color sections and highlighted totals.
• Send host-computer PDF and Print actions to the default PDF viewer.
• Open PDF previews through the browser on connected devices.

• Download CSV files for data review and supported workflows.
• Export the current page, selected records, or all filtered results where available.

📱 Access the host from another device on your local Wi-Fi

Use the displayed device address or QR code to open the app in a browser on another phone or computer connected to the same trusted local network.

Connected devices do not require a separate app installation or certificate installation. The host computer must remain awake, running, and unlocked, and network permission may be required.

Local sharing uses HTTP, so network traffic is unencrypted. Use it only on a trusted private network. Physical phone and second-computer connectivity have not yet been independently verified across device configurations.

Set up a fresh owner login and create individual user accounts with role-based access and relevant caregiver or client links.

Business records are encrypted in local storage. Backup and recovery tools let you create encrypted backups and validate backup files. Keep a separate backup copy and store your recovery key safely outside the application folder.

This is a digital download. No physical item is shipped.

💻 Compatibility and release details

Windows is the primary tested platform. Mac builds are supplied, but native Mac execution remains unverified. The applications are unsigned, so operating-system security prompts may appear.

This evaluation release does not yet include every planned feature. External email and SMS delivery, full recurring-series rescheduling, some payroll rules, and advanced reporting remain incomplete. Production readiness and regulatory compliance have not been established.
