Route planner 🗺️ Tick the stops and optimize. The planner sequences them with a nearest neighbor pass and a two opt improvement, tracks the load on the truck, and inserts a disposal stop at the nearest site when the tank would fill. Print a route sheet for the driver.

Service jobs 🔧 You decide what must be recorded before a job can close: volume pumped, sludge or scum measurement, waste destination, customer signature, or a set number of photographs. A supervisor can override, but the reason is required and it is written to the audit trail. Completing a job updates the tank and the next service date for you.

🧮 THE TANK SIZE CALCULATOR

Five shapes: rectangular, vertical cylinder, horizontal cylinder, elliptical, and multi compartment. Four units: inches, feet, centimeters, meters. Partial fills on horizontal tanks use the proper circular segment formula, not a rough proportion.

Every result prints the formula, the values substituted into it, each unit conversion, the constants used, and both the rounded and unrounded volume.

Worked example: a tank 10 ft by 5 ft with a 4.5 ft liquid depth returns 120 in × 60 in × 54 in = 388,800 cubic inches, divided by 231 = 1,683 US gallons, also shown in imperial gallons, liters, and cubic feet.

That is a number you can defend to a customer or an inspector, because the arithmetic is right there on the screen.
