One computer becomes the host and every other computer in your studio connects to it over your local network with a simple pairing code. The owner sees everything, the front desk enrolls families and takes payments, instructors see only their own classes and rosters, and guardians can be limited to their own children. Every account gets its own login, its own tailored set of permissions and a temporary password the user replaces at first sign in. Two people can never silently overwrite each other's edits, and every change is written to an audit log with the user's name and time.
