Count panes by type, floor and side (front, rear, left, right, interior, courtyard, roof level). The program multiplies your per-pane price list and shows the external option, the internal option and the combined option instantly, with the minutes each option takes.

💲 Pane-based price list
Standard panes, picture windows, French panes, sliding doors, storefront panels, skylights, transoms, screens. Set an external and an internal price per pane plus minutes per pane, and every quote and route estimate follows.

📅 Calendar, day board and visit completion
Month calendar colored by status, a per-crew day board, and a completion screen where crews record panes cleaned, inaccessible items with reasons, and approved extras. Weather day? Defer the visit, pick a new date and email the customer in one step.

🧾 Estimates built from the survey
Create a quote for the external, internal or combined option straight from the pane counts. Print a designed quote PDF with your logo, email it, and when the customer says yes, accept it and the recurring schedule is created with it.

💳 Invoices, payments and aging
One click turns a completed visit into an invoice with the agreed price plus every approved extra. Record full or partial payments, watch the five aging buckets, and let overdue invoices flag themselves.

✉️ Emails that write themselves
Access requests, visit reminders, weather deferrals, completion notices and periodic-service renewals fill in from your data: customer, site, date, time, access needs, new date, invoice total. Send through your own email server, open them in your mail app, or save drafts. Bulk reminders for a whole day in one press.
